INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Apply a small amount of this sophisticated formula to the eye contour area, dabbing gently, without stretching or squeezing the skin in the periorbital area. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

Is it essential to use this eye cream twice a day?

If for some reason, you feel more comfortable using eye creams only at night or vice versa, you may, of course, use it only once a day. However, for optimal results with respect to eye area discoloration and wrinkle expression, Sphynx is best used twice daily over a 12-week period. You will most likely notice some of the beneficial effects of Sphynx sooner. Hydration and skin brightening should be noticeable within a few days of starting this regimen.

How do I apply an eye cream?

Sphynx should be used on the periorbital area by gently stroking a small amount with the ring finger. Do not use on mucous areas as the cream spreads a little as it absorbs into the skin. Instead, keep slightly away from the lash line when applying. A slight cooling sensation may be felt shortly after application if your eye area is particularly sensitive.

I often have puffy eyes in the morning, will this cream relieve the puffiness?

Tissue edema is not really related to the skin itself, but may indicate biochemical changes in the body that affect the skin in such a way. No cream can prevent tissue swelling. Physically cooling the skin and eating less salt at night can reduce swelling.

Sphynx contains many actives, can I mix it with other high potency serums?

Absolutely, if the skin can tolerate it. When you are introducing a new product into your skin care regimen, it is always smart to patch test for at least 24 hours on a small area of skin. The eye area is especially sensitive and reactive because the skin is very thin and fragile and that is why it can react more sharply. In general, yes, you can mix it up, but do it wisely.

My skin is prone to allergies and atopy, is this product gentle enough for my skin?

Considering the fact that this eye cream is reconstructive and corrective, it is potentially a bit strong for compromised skin. We recommend a product with less active ingredients for skin prone to allergies and atopy. Look for our Úna cream, which is ideal for your skin type.
