How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping in many cases! In orders over 40€ the shipments will be free for peninsula, if you live outside, you have all the information about the shipments in the following page: Shipping and returns

How long does it take for my order to arrive at my home?

We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, so we work to deliver your order as soon as possible and with 24h (Correos Express) or 48/72h (GLS) working days in Peninsula. However, we exclude periods such as launches, promotions or campaign Black Friday and Cyber Monday in which these deadlines are not guaranteed.

In order to know when your order will be shipped, keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation of your order and you will also receive an SMS from Correos Express logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date. If you place your order on a working day before 12:00 pm, you may receive it the next working day, otherwise, the delivery time will be increased by one more day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are handled the next business day.

Do you ship to my area?

We ship to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal and Portuguese islands, and to the EU. We are working to expand the shipping areas.

I have received a wrong product or a product in bad condition, what should I do?

If you receive a wrong or defective product, please do not hold it against us! At International Cosmetic we prepare all orders with great care so that it arrives in perfect condition, but it may have suffered a mishap during the journey. I want to buy everything I need for a facial care routine, but I don't know which products would be good for me.

No problem! Our expert Beauty Advisors are there for that. You can send an email to info@international-cosmetic.com with the subject "Product consultation". In order to find the products that best suit your skin, don't forget to tell us your skin type, your concerns, age and what you want to change in your skin.

Can I cancel an order?

Once you place your order, it can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. For more information, please see our Return Policy by clicking on the button. Of course, we know you're going to fall in love with our products, so think twice before you order!
